RETURN POLICY - PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS
Yeah Those Cookies products are all edible and are subject to special return restrictions.
Edible Products: For health and safety reasons, we are not asking for the actual product to be returned to us. For the product that is not satisfactory, we ask that a clear picture of the remaining product be emailed to email@example.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line, and a brief description of the problem with the product.
RETURNING DAMAGED ITEMS
In cases of damage during shipping, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our firstname.lastname@example.org. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund or account credit) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.
If the damage cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to be returned to Yeah Those Cookies for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.
Non-Food Items: If you are dissatisfied with any non-food item (t-shirt, apron or cookie jar), email a clear picture of the item to email@example.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line, and a brief description of the problem with the problem. After review of your request and approval from our customer service department, you may return any t-shirt, apron or cookie jar for a replacement or refund within 14 days of receipt.
WHO COVERS THE RETURN SHIPPING COST?
Yeah Those Cookies will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a Yeah Those Cookies representative to be damaged.
For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Under no circumstance does Yeah Those Cookies reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged, the recipient must make arrangements with Yeah Those Cookies support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to Yeah Those Cookies.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Contact Yeah Those Cookies to request a return. You must make this request within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
- Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in your message and indicate any preference for replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or color), account credit, or a refund.
WHAT THE RETURN PROCESS USUALLY ENTAILS
If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-21 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).
If you have requested a replacement in a different size or a cookie jar, an email will be sent letting you know once the replacement has been shipped.
- Returning apparel items may only be swapped for a different size apparel item of equal or lesser value.
